Can I get a refund if I’m held due to a Pandemic?
We have no intention to retain your fees if you’re unable to attend. Each case will be independently assessed and we will follow local rules and regulations. To run the course, Highlands Professional Development needs pre-pay for your accommodation and conference costs. If we are able to recover cancellation costs we will pass this onto you.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Refunds are not possible. Ticket or course swaps are also not possible. Before booking please ensure you are able to attend and purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen cancellations.
What should I wear?
Warm clothing for outdoors. Dress lightly in the hotel as it is quite warm inside. We put together a document on recommended clothing. Download clothing suggestions here.
I don’t do downhill skiing or snowboarding, what else can I do in between lectures?
You can keep up this dentistry by viewing videos in our designated area. Or enjoy the sights and join in tours. Download suggestions here
How do I organise Ski School?
Ski school can be organised when you get there. There are numerous ski schools where you can organise private lessons or group lessons. Some ski hire venues give discounts for ski school.
Does the hotel have free WIFI internet?
Yes, you’ll be provided with the username and password on check in. Note that you will be in a small town in the Italian Alps…so the wifi will be slower than what you’ll get in the city.
